Fruits salads are good for pregnancy . Fruit Salads   Fruit salads are a safe and delicious choice as they are sweet and juicy and packed with vitamins. A fruit salad is safe during pregnancy, however, don’t include fruits that are not advisable during pregnancy. Also, for toppings, stay away from anything that is high in sugar such as whipped cream. You can opt for  yoghurt  instead INGREDIENTS c.  fresh lime juice 1 1/2 tbsp.  honey 3/4 tsp.  finely chopped fresh ginger or ground ginger 6 c.  bite-sized pieces fruit DIRECTIONS In large bowl, stir together fresh lime juice, honey, and ginger. To bowl, add fruit, tossing to combine. If using bananas, serve immediately.

So today i have decided to make green salad because it is healthy. i think eating green salad is a good choice for pregnant woman and i would like to give you the engredients and recipe of this perfect green salad. Ingredients .lettuce .cucumber            .green paper .tomatoes .onion .salad dressing Recipe First,wash all your vegetables, chop lettuce,peel and chop cucumber, slice tomatoes,green paper and onion.
